Today my little brother told showed me the bracelet he has been wearing since our dog died in California on October 31st. He took his Red Ribbon Week bracelet, flipped it inside out, and wrote “For Emma” on it with hearts around it. ”They took her to the hospital at, like, 3 o’clock in the morning & I knew she wasn’t coming back so I made this.”
